Fishing is not just a hobby for me – it is my job and lifestyle. Carp fishing has been with me since childhood and over time it has become a path that I have decided to fully pursue.

My dad brought me to the water. It was the classic beginnings with a float, a box of compost worms and endless waiting for the first bite. Back then, I had no idea that my future would begin right there by the pond. An ordinary interest became a passion and a passion a profession.

Today I am fully dedicated to carp fishing. It means hours and hours on the water, testing, trying out, filming, taking photos but also a lot of planning and patience. Every catch is the result of experience, knowledge of the water and fish, and the ability to think differently. And that is what I enjoy about it – it is not a routine, every expedition is a new challenge.

Working on the water has taught me patience, concentration and also humility. There's always something that surprises me. And that's how I know I'm on the right track - doing what I love.
