Company TB Baits, sro, IČO: 24800546 with its registered office at Průmyslová 1292, 506 01 Jičín, as the administrator of personal data provided to it by the client on the basis of this contract, undertakes to process such personal data in accordance with legal regulations and the European (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC.

- The provision of personal data is the duty of the data subject - the client (hereinafter referred to as the "client"), which follows from the above contract.
The purpose of processing is to provide services according to the contract concluded with the client.
The scope of processing is represented by address and identification data (usually title, name, surname, date of birth, address of the data subject), or Bank account number.

- Data storgae providers, IT systems and webside maintenance providers
- Providers of accounting, auditing and tax advisory services
Recipients of personal data
- Public authorities (eg tax office)
Time of processing of personal data
Personal data will be processed for the period of validity of the above-mentioned contract and after its termination they will be disposed of according to the valid legal regulation, especially Act No. 499/2004 Coll. (Law on Archiving and Records Management and on Amendments to Certain Acts) and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95 / 46 / EC (GDPR Regulation).
Client rights
- The data subject has all the rights that belong to him according to the valid legal regulations. Above all, it is about rights:
- Right of access to personal data - the data subject has the right, if subject requested, to obtain information from the controller whether his personal data are being processed.
- Right of correction and supplementation - the data subject has the right to have inaccurate personal data corrected by the controller without undue delay. At the same time, with regard to the purpose of processing, he has the right to request the addition of incomplete personal data.
- Right of erasure - represents in other words the expressed obligation of the controller to destroy personal data if at least one condition is met:
- personal data are no longer needed for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed,
- the data subject withdraws his consent and there is no other legal reason for processing,
- the data subject objects to the processing and there are no overriding legitimate reasons for the processing,
- personal data has been processed illegally,
- personal data must be deleted in order to fulfill a legal obligation.
- Right to the portability of personal data - the data subject has the right to obtain personal data concerning him provided to the controller in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to pass it on to another controller through the original controller.
- Right to restrict processing - The data subject has the right to have the controller restrict processing in any of the following cases:
- the data subject denies the accuracy of the personal data for the time necessary for the controller to verify the accuracy of the personal data
- the processing is illegal and the data subject refuses to delete the personal data and instead requests restrictions on their usage
- the controller no longer needs the personal data for processing purposes, but the data subject requires them for the determination, enforcement or defense of legal claims
- the data subject has objected to the processing and it has not yet been verified whether the legitimate reasons of the controller outweigh the legitimate reasons of the data subject.
- The right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority
- Right to object to the processing - the data subject has the right at any time to object to the processing of personal data which are processed on the basis of legal grounds, for reasons relating to his specific situation:
- processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority entrusted to the controller
- processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests of the controller or a third party concerned.
- Right of access to personal data - the data subject has the right, if subject requested, to obtain information from the controller whether his personal data are being processed.
Consent to the processing of personal data for the purposes of registration
- By checking the option "I agree to the storage of my data", you grant the consent of TB Baits, s.r.o., IČO: 24800546 with its registered office at Průmyslová 1292, 506 01 Jičín, (hereinafter referred to as the "Administrator") to process beyond the data that the company must process on the following personal data under legal regulations:
- name and surname
- adress
- phone number
- IP adress
- Name, surname, address, telephone number and e-mail are required for the purpose of his membership in the Parys team discount loyalty program, business communication with the client. This data will be processed by the Administrator for a period of 2 years from the end of the registration.
- You give your express consent to the above processing. Consent can be withdrawn at any time, for example by sending an email or letter to the company's contact details:

Providing consent to the processing of personal data
- The provision of personal data and consent to the processing are voluntary, however, their non-provision or disagreement with their processing may be an obstacle, for example, to register or subscribe to the newsletter.
- The provided consent to the processing of personal data may also be revoked at any time in writing at the address of the registered office of the controller, in whole or in part; however, such an appeal may mean that the administrator will not be able to provide the agreed performance under the contract. In both cases, it depends on whether the processing is necessary for the performance of the contract.
